With its FacilityEQ software, Mondas is now presenting a new type of building and energy monitoring solution. It is aimed at managers and operators of properties, neighbourhoods and hotels who want to monitor their energy and supply systems on a standardised platform.
The IoT platform was specially developed for the technical monitoring of large property portfolios with complex building services and modern energy concepts. The software as a service based on mondas® technology can analyse the operating status of technical building equipment in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) as well as existing photovoltaic systems, thermal solar collectors, CHP units, battery storage and electric charging stations.
The analysis is carried out using rule-based or AI-supported algorithms.
mondas® FacilityEQ offers AMEV-compliant building monitoring as standard, but can also be customised to meet individual compliance standards. Seamless integration into existing energy management systems is also possible.
FacilityEQ is suitable for monitoring properties in long-term operation as well as during the adjustment phase. Installation errors and abnormal operating states can be recognised early and rectified quickly. High energy efficiency, a pleasant indoor climate and safe operation of all systems are thus guaranteed from the very first day of operation.
Users of the software benefit from comprehensive training courses and individual support from Mondas, as well as an extensive algorithm library and a graphical editor that allows them to create and perform advanced analyses without programming knowledge.
